A SIPs extension with oak cladding

The client was interested in an extension but there was limited access and were already extended to the building lines. Upon consultation, we decided that the best course of action was to use SIPs technology for ease of development.

SIPs comes in a kit form so construction is relatively quick compared to standard bricks and mortar and we had the shell of the build up within 2 days and were watertight within the week. The finish of the extension was cladding oak although there are many different finishes available. The client was over the moon with the project.
